We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged. Missed Appointments (No-Shows): If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. If such a situation occurs, please contact us as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, waive the cancellation fee in genuine cases of emergency or unavoidable circumstances.
