Late Cancellations:
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged.
Missed Appointments (No-Shows):
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged.
Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. If such a situation occurs, please contact us as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, waive the cancellation fee in genuine cases of emergency or unavoidable circumstances.

Terms and Conditions
Can only be used for 12 Chiropractic visits, incl Report of Findings & Progress Review visits.
Valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
Can be used in both clinics and across all Chiropractic practitioners.
Cannot be used for massage therapy.
If you choose to discontinue Chiropractic care, please let us know and we will issue you a refund for the remaining balance within your package.
